Jeff Cero
Tennis Director of GFTC
Head Men's Tennis Coach
USPTA Certified Instructor
Jeff has served at George Fox for 6 years, amassing a 71-35 Overall Record and 48-4 in the NWC Conference. The team has won back to back NWC Titles in 2021 and 2022, and has consecutive NCAA Tournament Appearances. In 2022, the Men's program reached as high as 11th in the Nation, and Cero was named NWC Coach of the Year. In 2021, Cero led the program to the NWC Conference Title, Elite 8 in the NCAA Tournament, and Year-end ranking of Number 8 in the Nation. He was named the Wilson/ITA West Region Coach of the Year.
He also served as a Junior Coach at the IMG Academy. He also served as the men's and women's tennis coach at Colorado Christian University. He has also coached several National Pacific Northwest Junior Teams. Before Cero started coaching, he played at Portland State from 2007-11.

Alle Banna
Junior & Adult Tennis Coach
Alle is currently a part of the GFU Men's Tennis Team. He comes with tennis and business experience teaching and instructing junior players. He helped lead the Bruins to a NWC title the past two years.

Kalli Wiker
Junior & Adult Tennis Coach
Kalli currently plays on the GFU Women's Tennis Team. She comes with experience of teaching Junior players the past year and a half through the program.

Cassey Hitch
Junior & Adult Coach
Cassey currently plays on the GFU Women's Tennis Team. She comes with experience of teaching Junior players the past year and a half through the program.

Madison Swaney
Junior & Adult Tennis Coach
Madison join the GFTC Staff after four years at Biola playing for the Women's tennis program. She served as Team Captain her Senior Year.

Lars Schmassmann
Junior & Adult Tennis Coach
Lars currently plays on the Men's team at GFU. He comes with a wealth of teaching experience from Switzerland, and is an ITA All American as a player.

Joe Vece
Junior Tennis Coach
Joe joins the GFTC Staff after competing for the Newberg High School Boy's Tennis Team. Joe was a member of the Varsity team for two years, and a Pacific Conference Finalist in Doubles in 2021.
